A Typical Day

Every day is an adventure at The Island Classroom. We’ve found students appreciate the consistency and structure of our daily schedule, which affords the ideal balance of cabin time, learning and adventure activities, fun together time, and downtime.

At Camp Taveuni

We have intentionally kept our facilities simple and traditional. Students enjoy being close to nature, in comfortable bunk beds, plenty of storage space, and modernised bath houses just a short walk away.

Meals

Staff, teachers, and students sit together family-style and enjoy tasty, balanced meals.

We ensure our meals are nutritious and we use locally produce product and seasonal fruit as much as possible.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of students and staff is our top priority. We maintain an environment that encourages safety at all times.
